Website visitors

The website uses no advertising trackers and no web analytics. We collect no data about visitors who do not sign in to a cabinet.

The “Message on WhatsApp” and “Become an agent” buttons and the May assistant open WhatsApp with a prepared text. The message is sent through WhatsApp and handled under WhatsApp’s terms. Your browser only remembers that the assistant hint was already shown, until you close the tab.

Investor data

The investor cabinet opens with a personal link issued by an agent or the Revolt team. To create it, the agent or the team enters:

• your name, phone, email, country and cabinet language;
• your interest in projects, the amount and notes you shared with the agent;
• a personal access code.

Activity in the investor cabinet

While you use the cabinet, we record:

• which projects and sections you opened and how long you were active;
• which documents you opened and which videos you watched;
• clicks on contact buttons and changes in the return calculator;
• the deal step: first visit, call, contract signed, deposit amount and date.

Agent data

• name, phone and email;
• personal access code and commission rate;
• time of the last visit to the cabinet;
• the clients the agent added and their deal steps.

Why we use the data

We do not sell data, show ads or share data for advertising.

• to open your cabinet without a password and keep you signed in for up to 400 days;
• so that the agent who invited you and the Revolt team can see your deal step and answer your questions;
• to calculate the agent’s commission after a deposit;
• to contact you about the projects you asked about.

Who sees your data

• the agent who invited you: your contacts, deal step and cabinet activity;
• the Revolt team that manages deals;
• service providers that store data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Beget (file and video storage);
• Apple, when you install the app from the App Store or TestFlight.

Cookies and data on your device

After you sign in, the browser or the app keeps a signed cabinet session cookie for up to 400 days so you do not have to enter the code again. The app remembers whether you signed in as an investor or an agent. The “Sign out” button deletes the cookie and the role from the device.

How long we keep data

We keep data while we work with you or with the agent who invited you, and as long as signed contracts require. After a deletion request we delete contacts and activity within 30 days, except data we must keep under a contract or the law.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, revoke access to your cabinet or delete your data. Write to head.sales@revolt-group.com or on WhatsApp +62 888 888 77 77.

Children

The website, cabinets and app are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
